jomtein for 1 mnth

I m after accomodation for 1-2 mnths in jomtein between soi 1 and 12.......not too far from beach

 

i dont want just a hotel room mi m happy with that with a lounge or 2 rooms...not interested in high rise...

 

i m here now and looked at a few just by driving around and looking at places...

 

wd love to hear from u guys who r from jomtein and can recommend a place or two....around 15000 pmnth wd b perfect ..but am flexible/....

Looks nice however scant information on their almost non-existent web-site! However they do manage to inform us that FULL PRE PAYMENT is required which would turn me off immediately!
