I like Ubon, although it is hardly a falang oriented nightlife place. Theres still plenty to do.

 

Around the Nevada grand hotel you have Cerise, a coyote place packed with stunners, many students during the day. There is also a large basement nightclub nearby- several falangs have got lucky there.
