a nice apartment for several months

I'm looking for something that is not too far from town, cheapish(~10k baht a month), but nice(clean, new, well decorated, and with good security. I've been looking around for one but they are either too expensive or they look like prison cells. I don't want to live out past Sukhumvit, but maybe I could live in Naklua or Jomtien. But something central in the 3rd road area would be ideal.

You'll find PLENTY of apartments for 5-10kB per month in the Soi Day Night Area, off South Pattaya Rd, which puts you close to everything.
