this place was one of the first places i had a beer in on my very first newbie trip,had a few beers and thanked the owner for a good nite asked him is name and he said charlie,everybody started laughing

but being a new guy in town i said thanx charlie see you again,next nite we had a good time again,

did not stay in there rooms but i am sure some other bm can help you.

Located on Soi3 and is run/owned by a London Geezer by the name of Willie. Pretty basic rooms,no lifts but excellent friendly bar with constant stream of knowledgeable customers! Well worth a visit or two.

Had a look here in April. Rooms were certainly basic, not somewhere I would want to stay. Good location though.

Rooms seemed overpriced to me.

On the bright side, its just a few yards from the Welkom Inn.

Have stayed there about 2 years ago for some nights.

Rooms are very basic and worn out.

There are better places to stay for the same baht.

 

Charly however is a very nice chap.

Place is very run down although the people who run it are nice enough. You can get better rooms somehwere else for a similar price.

Didn't look at the site monty.

Ambled by in person a few yrs ago and it was 700+, Intown hotel was far better value.
