Bar is in one of the top location in Khon Kaen city ,its very near the 2 top hotels,these

being Kosa and Sofitel

 

Accomadation,large bar area also has 3 floors

Was talking to bar owner last night due to some domestic issues he wants out so

told me he would now accept 600000 bhts

 

Sounds like a good buy now ,but how do i know im no bar owner also I dont want to be,

as im happy just being retired living in Khon Kaen

 

I do know there is not to many Falang Bars in Khon Kaen ,I think only this one and 4 others

So compare to Pattaya not to much competion fighting for customers.
