Beautiful View Talay 5C, ocean front condo for rent short term

Hi guys,

I rent out a few View Talay units on a short term bases, as many of you know. Because of a last minute cancellation, my unit in View Talay 5C, ocean front building, on the 12th floor is open now until 22 November 2008. Even though I list availability on my web site, it is spotty after that, because of people reserving with me far in advance. This complex is on the beach at the start of Jomtien. Baht buses pass by 24/7 for 10B to/from Pattaya. It is easy and simple. By the way, my units look exactly as in the photos I took, or better, since I take care of them.

Hi Jason, we've not met but I've seen your posts re. condos for rent.

I'm looking to rent something up to about 20 k per month in either Patts or Jomtien from mid-December for 3 months, possibly much longer. Must have Internet, 2 bedrooms would be nice but not essential. Anything on your books or are my chances slim at this time of year? Thanks in advance for your help. Bushcraft (Ron)

I take advance reservations for my units, but a lot of condos can't be reserved in advance, since they are only available on a first come first serve basis. I only own studios for rent. I may be able to accommodate you in another owner's unit, but I won't know this until much closer to your date. Real 2 bedroom condo units generally are not available for 20,000B though, especially since they are more uncommon. If you are traveling with family I understand, but if not maybe you might be better off with 2 studios?
