Sabai Lodge/Sunbeam

Thinking of splitting my next trip between Sabai Lodge Soi2 and Sunbeam Soi 7. I know the areas well as have always ended up hanging around their vicinity the most. Any views on these places?

Stayed at the Sabai Lodge plenty of times, it is generally pretty good although they have multiple room types in different areas of the hotel close to different pools, hence some of the rooms can be a little dungeon-like. I'd recommend going for the Ruen Thai rooms there are two types you can select the one that suits your budget best.
