Rooms Guesthouses etc under 12000bht a month

I'm on the lookout for a clean room to rent for a month, (July August)

 

Have you stayed at a little gem you would like to impart with , or any suggestionson good clean accomodation you would like to pass on??

 

My requirements >>

 

Preferably somewhere central, eg , Beach Rd going back as far as Soi Buakoaw or any of the Soi's branching off any of these area's

 

a/c, t/v, fridge, hotwater shower,

 

no more than 1 flight of stairs to climb, lift would be a real bonus

 

There must be a lot of people looking for this type of accomodation because of the ever decreasing exchange rate, so come on guy's help us all out.

Com'n Gal, surely your not surprised! A simple use of the search function would provide an immediate response of at least many hundreds if not more!

I suspect every guesthouse that falls within your criteria has at least had 2 or more postings about it,on this board alone! Many members weary of posting their recommendations over and over again!
