Does anyone know if Istanbul airport has a guest lounge that can be accessed using an Etihad guest silver card? I know they have them in manchester, Bangkok etc.

No, there isn't. I wouldn't bank on getting access to the lounges in MAN and BKK unless you are travelling with Etihad and have been issued with a lounge invitation.
