Whenever I log onto Pattayatalk my user name is always completed and showing in the box, even though the remember me box is unchecked. Although I have to always enter the password I really don't want anyone else at home who uses this computer to see my user name.

Any idea as to what I can do so it don't show on the log on screen?

I have clicked 'clear cookies' on the Internet Explorer options button, but my username is still shown. Any other ideas folks?

Try turning autocomplete off and clearing previous content ...

Turning off AutoComplete completely

If you don't like seeing your user names, passwords, and other information sitting in drop-down windows, tell Windows to stop by doing this:

Open Internet Explorer.

Choose Internet Options from the Tools menu.

Click the Content tab.

Click the AutoComplete button.

Click to remove checkmarks from these items:

Web addresses

Forms

User names and passwords on forms

Prompt me to save passwords

Click the Clear Forms button.

Click the Clear Passwords button.

Click OK.

If you want to keep your business private from other members of the household, set up different users for your computer. This protects many things.
