Can anyone tell me who does this tune ?

 

I like the disco's in Pattaya and JP Bar. I've been hearing this one for the last three years in them. It starts off with a woman talking over the beats -

Reminds me of a song a TG I knew had on her private pages. It was by Ultraviolet Sound. It was called " out of control" and the main line was " dont fuck with me", but it was called "out of control".

Anyway, it sounds similar. Maybe by the same band if TGs are listening to them.
