HAs anyone stayed here?

I am in Pattaya for week from the 8th Nov and am looking for a reasonable hotel that is not too for from Soi 2 thru 8.

Is it monger friendly and did it have room safe?

I am coming to Pattaya with my 'wife to be's' 17yo cousin. She has never seen the sea before and I promised to bring her.

Will I have issues booking her into a hotel with twin beds?

Your asking about a monger friendly hotel , you gunna lock the wifes cousin in the bathroom whilst your on the job ??

Different visit Fondles - I would not expose the girl to that.

FYI - I have a hut in a tribal village near the Burma border where I keep a family of 10 fed and clothed ( and have done for 4 years)- might help explain my situation. I have not been to Pattaya in 4 years now

The Area is now showing signs of being old and run down. The price, for what you get, is now not as favouarable as it was. The building works all around the hotel is an irritant.

On the other hand, along with a million other hotels in Pattaya, the Areca is girl friendly. I have stayed there many times, but called it a day last year cos you can getter better, cheaper, elsewhere.

I used Summer Spring Hotel overlooking beach on Soi 2 in April. A bit quiter than Areca. Brand new hotel. Roof top affinity pool. BIG rooms and very girl friendly. Great Staff. No negatives at all for me. Same price as you was quoted for Areca, except buy 7 nights get 1 free.

Much better than Areca IMHO

Or stay nearer to the action in the sister hotel in Soi 13 - Sandy Springs. If you do a general search of both you will read some good reviews.

Good luck mate.
