google chrome-not responsive

i prefer to use google chrome but anytime i get to a page with pictures it becomes unresponsive and asks if i want to kill pages. is it just me???

it happens on my notebook also ! there was a thread about two months ago saying the same

Obviously it didn't come with a spell checker.

It seems to help if you reduce the zoom level. Especially if there are a lot of photos on the page. Menu top left corner.
