I Want to rent a longterm condo in view talay 2 or 1

Hi there!

 

I am looking for long term rental ( 1 year first) in viewtalay 2 A or could consider B -building and vt 1 also. I could also consider 5 month agreement since most likely i have to make 2-3 week trip to europe in april but really would like to stop my suitcaselife now so 1 year solution is something i would like to give first priority.

 

 

Studio or 1 bedroom apartment from date 11.11.2010

I may consider unfurnished flat also but i prefer that at least basic furniture is there already.

 

 

I do not want any hidden costs..Electric by goverment rate paid directly to 7 eleven etc

I am already in Pattaya so i can come and see the flat

When I leased in VT2 last year,it was through Jomtien Properties,which is on the left immediately after you exit the property.

Just go in there and look on the notice board or just walk along the floors, a few have phone numbers to call

Yes i will at some point but i try this "modern" internet way first..Lazy me

Every price on the notice board was more than I paid on my lease and were not as nicely furnished.I signed my lease on Aug 15 or so,2008.I think I got a very good deal and had no worries collecting my deposit when I left.But the notice board inside the lobby does offer alternitives.

I just made a long term contract in VT 2A

41 sgm studio, higher floor, pattaya side, 11000/month

I think it was pretty good deal for me..
