Looking to purchase a condo in Pattaya

Not too small please ! Living room, separate kitchen, 1 or 2 separate sleeping rooms, and of course bath room is the minimum.

 

Oceanview and available - or nearby - swimming pool would be great !

 

Doesn't have to be in the center, but some food shops (and possibly) restaurants in walking distance would be fine.

 

Should be quiet ! No airplane overflights, please !

 

Deal can be done quickly ! I am serious about this and shall be in Pattaya as of 04 NOV 2010 available for visits, but only during 2 weeks !

 

So please be kind enough and make realistic offers - I know the market. Anything else would be a waste of time.
