Tien Tong Condos?

First time visitor to Pattaya and looking to rent a condo.

 

Found one in Tien Tong building and was wondering if anyone had heard anything good or bad about this place?

In Jomtien yes?

 

I viewed a unit there last month, studio room.

To me it showed some signs of "wear"

The building overall seemed OK, 2 or 3 lifts(elevators) for the building,has security at entrance and parking available.

Short walk to the beach.

 

Important note: the units have not all got the same owner so I would say you really need to view

your potential unit first, some obviously could be better than others.

 

There was at the time a larger 1 bedroom unit available for rent.
