Steel Security Panels

Please take note of the steel security panels covering the windows in my tiraks condo. She is about to fit 3 of these herself, plus 1 steel security door along the same design to her unit on the 3rd floor (which ups the price apparently). her figures keep fluctuating, mainly upwards, and i was hoping someone could give me an idea of the true cost?
