does anyone know if the amari orchid resort and tower in pattaya is guest friendly or is there a joiner fee

When i ask 2-3 years ago they say if you check in alone and then you take a girl you have a 1000 joiner fee, if you check in with a girl no joiner but if you change girl you have to pay the 1000 joiner fee, but i know some they change girl and no joiner. So not entirely clear the joiner rules in Amari, Tower or main bulding no difference.
