Displayed prices are for multiple nights. Check the site for price per night. I see hostels starting at 200b/day and hotels from 500b/day on agoda.

Can anyone give me the 'Heads-up' on LK Mansions? Tried to find some info thru the search pages, but not very much showed up. How does it compare with the JP Court and if anyone has an e-mail address for the JP

I found it to be overpriced for the condition of the room. Not a complete shit hole, but I think one could do better for the price.

If memory serves me, I was charged 900 baht per night two years ago. At that time the rooms looked NOTHING like those posted on their website. The room was pretty good size but the furniture was junk, paint was peeling from the walls and the balcony was just large enough for two people two sit if one of them sat under the aircon unit.

To be fair, the staff was pretty friendly and the location was pretty good if that's the part of town you want to be in.

Looking at the photos on their website right now, I must say that they have either completely renovated or the photos are twenty+ years old.

Heading over early November....Have already sent off request to JP. Thanks for the info on the 1st Floor, if they can offer me a room I will ask for one on the upper levels. Have had a reply from LK Mansions at B 4500 for the week, but going on Salifasts' comments I don't think I want to take the risk there. I know for a couple of hundred more per day there is much better accom. available, but I hope JP have something as have only ever seen positive reviews on the place and would like to give it a try.Cheers :chogdee
