Looking for condo/apartment Pattaya 4 month let

Recommended Posts

Have lived in a 3 bed detached house in Chiang Mai for just 10,000 a month, so don't expect anything in that price range... but urgently need to find a minimum 1 bedroom place - condo, apartment, house, I'm not fussy - easy reach of central Pattaya, for four months from December 1st. I'm on my own with a 3 year old, so it needs to be in a safe location. Haven't got a car, like to have most facilities within walking distance.

Don't want to spend more than 15,000 a month. Don't need luxury fittings, just clean, minimum comfort, and good location. A studio would definitely be too small.

Would be grateful for any suggestions - I'm a relative newbie to Pattaya, only spent an occasional long weekend there, even if I've lived in Thailand for 5 years.

Thanks - not too sure about the location to be honest, but I'll be in touch. BTW, I may have a car after all - suppose parking in the centre is pretty difficult?

I will be arriving in Pattaya around dec. 22-23, I will be staying for 3 months. I am looking for a 1 bedroom with wifi and motorbike parking. let me know what you have and give me an idea where it is located. I would prefer to stay between pattaya tai and the roundabout and beach rd to 3rd rd.

Please send response to scaraboat@cox.net

Thanks
