If I buy a condo, is it subject to 7(%) Government Tax, and if so is it included in the selling price or slipped in at the death as an unpleasant suprise?

Buying from a former owner often split costs @ 50:50 ...

Buying from a developer costs often 100% for the buyer ...

 

Depends on the negotiation but finally you will pay anyhow!
