They were build from a clever developer using drawings from the DDR and remind me my youth, too when I visited my relatives there ... no idea if they were build for a particular customer group. The fact is some love them some not. Expressed only my opinion of VT 7 as I don't know the other ones in such a detail and learn from all the comments.

Mainly persons from the former Eastern Europe like the View Tally buildings as they often have grown up in similar high rise soviet concrete beton blocks. This are horrible buildings and destroy the "beautiful" skyline ... VT 7 at Dogtan Beach - Jomtien is the best one of them.
