The reply function seems to be on the blink is anyone getting the same or is it just me. Hard to describe but the “curser” does not move where its supposed to, and very hard to highlight text to quote among other problems like links coming in as tiny words that you can easily miss .

Just to be clear just had a “clean up” of the PC and every thing came back A OK

I've not seen the problems you describe. When I click on the reply box below your post, it opens with a toolbar and a text area where I can type...

Let's try a link...here we go http://content.hccfl...nix/findcmd.htm

Yeah, it looks normal to me. How about you?

How do you explain post 261 + 2 then :

I believe you have inadvertently fucked something up.

Try clicking on the button on the top left of your toolbar (toggling "Editing Mode"). If that doesn't help, click it again.

If neither helps, delete your pattayatalk cookies.

The cursor is controlled on your local machine.

Sometimes, when a processor is working hard, the cursor gets jumpy and seemingly has a mind of it's own, when it's really just executing your commands well after the time period you are used to that happening.

Short answer: nothing wrong on my end.

Well thanks for fuck all. Remind me to consult you on matters concerning even less in the future

I sometimes notice that the cursor isn't really where it appears to be, the displayed position lagging the actual position. I just place the cursor where I want it, and start typing or deleting or resume whatever I'm doing, even though it doesn't initially appear that the cursor is where I wanted it. When things finally "catch up" (usually just a matter of starting to type again), all's well.

Look. You've got a local problem on your end. Don't bitch if someone says they don't have the problem.

As to your question...go to the reply box on this page..it's down there at the bottom of the page. Put your cursor in there. Do you see the toolbar now?

Upper left of the toolbar is the button.

I'm oh so terribly sorry for not fixing your computer for you. Can you ever forgive me?

As a member of several forums why is it only this one that I have the problem with? Therefore I don’t think it’s a “local” issue more a PT issue.

Also same same from laptop as well as PC, running different OS
