Links Unavailable on Header

I've loaded the PT site twice this morning and neither time the links to the webcams is not on the header bar. Is there a problem? I have even restarted my computer thinking there was something wrong on my end. Probably not an easy fix, so won't be able to get on webcam tonight.

It might be better now, though there may be other minor problems. I have changed the skin to the one before the upgrade.

 

You should have the links at the top of the page now.
