I agree with Fondles, 25K is a reasonable rent.

In pictures it looks like a brand new home. How many old it is?

I don't have the year it was built. If you are really interested in the house i can find out for you. The owner will not go to 25,000/ month but i can try to get him down to 30,000 on 2 year contract.
