Woraburi Hotel?

Hello,

 

Wondering if anyone has heard of the Woraburi Hotel in BKK and has any information on it? Hotel looks great and price is right, 1100baht for large suite! I'm not sure how far down Soi 4 it is from the NEP though.

It's not bad, though prices are steadily creeping up. Motorbikes taxis take you up and down for 10 baht per trip.It's a five minute walk. Newly built.

Suite doesn't necessarily mean luxury, just more space. Not sure if there are bath tubs. My deluxe room had only a shower.

Some have complained about the need to pay cash everyday or in advance.

Note that there is a discount for stays of three days or more.

Stayed there in August and November in a Superior Delux room for 900baht. The room was in better condition than the Nana or Dynasty and included a bath.  The ground floor is very nice, open plan, has a bar, lounge area, restaurant, travel agent and a PC for interenet connection.  Nice pool on the top floor with a poolside bar...open till late.  No problem with bill padding...but they hit you up each day to pay for your room...no direct phones...free tuk-tuk down to Nana Plaza. Sanuk.

Hello.

I stayed here last March and June.

Yes, rates are creeping up.

March 450baht, June 645 with B/fast(basic).

Booked in for 3 nights next week, 750baht superior room with b/fast.  Not sure if that includes discount.

I like the open air restaurant. Staff are pleasant.

No problem with guests.

TV only about 6 channels, but I think 2 have movies in English.

8 minute measured walk to NEP.

A quiet area.
