Sunshine Hotel

This trip I want to stay in the heart of things and the type room that I wanted is not available at Flipper.  Does anyone have a direct websit for the Sunshine Hotel?  I tried the travel agencies but usually I can get a better deal working directly with the hotel.  Also Any other hotels anyone might suggest would be appreciated.  Thanks

I was going to stay there on my last trip, but they put me in a room in the old wing where some renovation was going on and the bathroom was the type without a bathtub, just a shower hose in the corner.  Checked out and went next door to the Eastiny Place for a lower rate and a better room.
