Can anyone give me info on how the RGI internet connection works. Or is it just a normal phone link?

Cess - normal phone link only... good internet cafe very close by (exit hotel - turn left - walk about 100m)... the line speeds achieved in Pattaya (including RG) are typically 44.0 kbs and above - beats Bangkok!!
