Need URL for Thai fonts

My old computer crashed and burned.  Now up with my new computer but I don't have the URL to install the Thai Fonts that allows for my wife's relatives to e-mail us in Thai.  Currently when they do so, what we get looks like gibberish.

Ken,

I set that up on my PC a long wile back, so I hope my info is correct.

 

Click on START, SETTINGS, CONTROL PANEL, INTERNET OPTIONS. then on the second bottom line you will see LANGUAGES. Scroll throuhg them and click on Thai. Thats on Windows 98.

 

At least thats how I think I did it.
