I don't think there are many sites like that in operation.

If you want a choice of all kinds of music, not just the latest hits, you should look into Kazaa.

 

Kaza lite is a peer to peer filesharing program that lets you collect and share files of all kinds. I use it for music and have aprox. 4 mill users online at all times that I can pick files from. Great deal!
