So it is the quiet season now BUT I must get some funds back on my old Condo which is still rented to me until end of June. So I am desperate to get some funds back so you gain and I lose.

This is ridiculously cheap as it includes ALL Electricity, water, Cable TV AND a 3 day a week maid service.
