Ask if the construction is still going on as last month it was some heavy noice comming from it.

Stayed in a executive studio myself and it was great. Once they finish the construction I will be back.

Hi Vanilla,

Nope, couldn`t see the sea. There is a new hotel which blocked the view 1luv

Might be different in one of the higher end floors. I`m at work right now, but will find a few pics for you tommorow :beer

The bathroom at the excecutive rooms are real nice, they have seperate bathtub and shower.

Another + for the Sunshine is the close location to the Sabai massages parlours and just across the streat is the Welcome inn :D

A good place to stay, and good location. BUT...major construction almost next door. Will probably be going on for a year. If you can get a room on the Second Rd. side you probably would be OK. Just don't pay in advance so you can have options if the noise is objectionable. Roy

looks like i gonna skip that place, have been emailing with them now, and they want 1920 a night for an executive studio, in august, i think its a way too high price!!!! ohhh they did offer me breakfast included( like i am up that early) and stay 9 days and get one for free, still i think is too much!!!

anyone got some good advice for a good place, this is what i want, sea wiew, balcony, pool, clean and fresh, nice comfy bed, price range 1000-1500..

yeah i know guys, look in the hotel section, i done that but i need something new and i want first hand comments cheers V
