Try the Sandy Spring Hotel a few yards away - 1500b for a deluxe room, large with seating, pool, sea view (higher floors), well cleaned and friend;y staff

advice needed ! The Metropole has a great location and good FLB rates. However, the rooms at the Mansion look better and the rates on the website look OK. Does anyone have any experience of either ??

I agree the rates are ridiculour, which is why I'm looking for somewhere that has a deal with them. They are girl friendly, and last time I stayed it was under 2000b per night.

The website has just been vastly improved, though I'm not sure what currency the room rates are in ($ ??). It doesn't look like the rooms have balcones, though the pictures on the site do look good.

I had the same problem; 3 e-mails before I got a reply. I then made a booking via e-mail and asked for it to be confirmed by reply, still no answer ! I am assuming I am bookied in for when I arrive in 2 weeks time.........

I'm a newbie and will be in Pattaya from 21 to 23rd.
