I'm in the Market for the HTC Desire, can't use 4G in Thailand and the Desire's screen is plenty big enough for me. Apart from the camera, under the hood its pretty much the same as the EVO.

I really don't get it, why are Apple getting praise for inventing something 'new' Tablet PC's that are more flexible and cheaper have been around for a while now, never really took off admittedly but not Apple's invention. My opinion on the iPad? Waste of fooking money, get a Netbook that can do it all, for no where near the cost

Great idea for anyone in town, been to these meets not nearly as much as I'd like as they're a great way to spend an afternoon, and your guaranteed to meet up with some great people. Hopefully I'll be around for an afternoon there in June.

From what I've been told, 5 year licenses are only issued to people with Non-O, Non-B, Work or retirement Visas, this is a relevantly new law as of this year, on a VOA they'll only renew to another one year. I'd love you to prove me wrong though Spicy as mine is due. And yes, you will still need the usual paperwork, medical, residency, etc etc. (don't forget *2 if you want car and bike)

My Samsung went pop after 15mths. Wouldn't buy one again, chances are they have solved their problems in the newer models but once bitten and all that! I'd spend the extra and buy the new series Bravia from Sony, LED is the way forward but be aware there will soon be a drop in TV prices as 3D TV's are going to be hitting the market this year.

Go to the basement in Tukcom, there is 'Amorn Shop' they can fix pretty much anything electrical and are very fairly priced

Recently browsing the net I found that Google co-wrote a free DNS speed checker, so I DL'd it HERE and ran it. I'm currently on Maxtnet and use their default DNS settings. I was shocked after running the test that 'True's' was 114% quicker, so I immediately switched my DNS settings in my modem to theirs and BANG! page loads are LOTS quicker. So my advise is if your not subscribed to True and you live in Patts then change your DNS settings (Google it!) to True! Primary: 119.46.240.1 Secondary: 119.46.240.3 Or run the program your self where ever you are in the world to get the

If your thinking 3 months, then consider staying on the Darkside, currently the apartments over this way going for as little as 2,800bht a month. There are plenty of bars to relax in and town is just a 60bht taxi drive away, you'll save lots I'm sure.
