hi all, I have a multi entry non immigrant o visa, and i would like to know when it expires is the only place i can get a new one back in the UK? Or is there somewhere closer i can go to like hong kong, singapore etc. I am not married so cannot qualify on that count, also i am over 55 but do not have sufficient funds in the bank to qualify on that either. I know i can go back to the uk but that is an expensive option, any replies or advice would be most welcome.

Gabor, You are right , I went through in July and there was a total ban. I had even paid for a VIP lounge because it said you could smoke there, this was not the case.

Hi jogsuk. I flew with them in june from manchester- istanbul- bangkok. Flights were ok apart from the 7hour wait for a connection going out. I only paid £303, so it was quite good value. If I was you if you are going to be at Istanbul airport for any length of time then book a VIP lounge, as the airport is very expensive, over £5 for a bottle of beer.

I stayed there late June early July in a poolside room, have booked again for November but this time requested a room overlooking soi lengkee. Staff are very helpful and the 2 young receptionists are lookers.

I can confirm loupole that the price we paid was £298.50 return although I had the same problem as you when 1st booking, I just went out of the system and tried again with no problem.

Has anyone stayed here recently? I love this area of pattaya and normally stop at areca lodge but prices are getting ridiculous for there.

Does anyone know if Istanbul airport has a guest lounge that can be accessed using an Etihad guest silver card? I know they have them in manchester, Bangkok etc.

Hi everyone, Flying to Bangkok from Manchester 8th February with Eithad, cost £428. Has anyone seen any reasonable flights from Manchester for early November yet, cheapest I have seen so far is about £520. I know I can get it cheaper from London but by the time I have used the shuttle or driven down it works out about the same price.

Dont know the answers to all your questions, but as far as golf clubs go, you can hire them and other golf equipment with no problem. Either through who you book your golf with or the golf clubs themselves
