The location is just behind carrefour on 3rd Road. Google maps puts it about 900m from the sea The photo shows the condo has a partial see view. 800,000 baht estimate is 16,600 sqm. Can you list any new build selling for that price? Or any condo at all?

The condo is already in my name. The price is 1,560,000 including registering in a foreign name, an extra 200,000 does not have to paid to the developer

I need to buy an air-conditioner for my condo. Ive seen Jee Airconditioning and airlifepattaya advertised. Anyone have any experiance with these companies? Any other recomendations?

If the windows are facing 2nd road I think the afternoon/evening sun will be directly in your apartment. (if your on Pattaya beach the sun is directly in your face in the evening) From that point of view i think its best to have an apartment that faces towards Nakula or Jontiem.

I am thinking of buying a condo in my own name and renting it out when i'm not in Pattaya. Is any tax supposed to be paid on this income to the Thai government? How much? Do people pay it?
