I will be staying there Nov 10th - 20th. My friend booked the room for me about 6 weeks ago . Said i was lucky as the hotel is fully booked. Not sure about the twin beds, have always had a double. Cheers.

A friend checked it out because of the cheap rate and its location. He said it was a real shit hole, he couldn't wait to get outside into fresh air. The smell of garbage was that bad!!!! AVOID!!!

I agree if the Newlyweds stick to Bangkok and Pattaya then most of the inoculations won't be necessary. But if the wife gets pissed off with all the beautiful Thai chicks trying to steal her new husband, she might want to clear off on a trip up country to say the 'River Kwai' in that case its better to be safe than sorry. Sorry to disagree with a former Prime Minister, but you will definately need some form of jabs before arriving in Thailand. I seem to remember getting jabs for Hepatitis A, Polio & Typhoid, Yellow Fever and Malaria. Check with your GP soon, they will keep you right. BTW Have a great time. Shaggy

Flew with them last year. The plane from London to Moscow was ancient, with no overhead compartments for the middle seats. There's was no inflight entertainment and inflight service was pretty poor. On the plus side there was plenty of leg room. The flight from Moscow to Bangkok was different it was a modern aircraft ( 747 or Airbus as previous poster said) But still the service was pretty poor. My advice is bring a good book and your own bootle of spirits, or simply lie back and dream of were your of too, that will get you through. Shaggy

Hi shyface, I would definately pay a bit extra and go for a standard room in the new wing. I have stayed in all types of room in new wing and also a standard room in the old wing. The standard room in the old wing is shit! Look out for the 3 drunk Irish men at the pool. We arrive April 10th. Shaggy

Hi Guys, Iv'e been having trouble sending my Telac's sms messages the last few days. The messages keeps bouncing back at me saying FAILED[smiley=banghead.gif] Iv'e checked with my mobile phone operater, and everythings fine there end. They suggested it could be a problem with the service centre in Thailand. Any of you guys experiencing this? Thanks, Shaggy
