I hated the Little Duck but YMMV. For me the rooms were way over priced and the service was just plain lazy. I only stayed for 1 day. The Sunbeam Hotel is a pretty nice place in my opinion if you are on one of the top floors. Too many Indian tour groups are on the middle floors and the noise level was too much for me. Try to get the Royal Asia Lodge rooms # 414 / 415 514 / 515 614 / 615 714 / 715 if you can. They were recently redone and are much nicer. The Royal Asia Paradise is next door and those are usually rented out for longer periods of time but you can catch one sometimes depending on vacancies. The owners are Thai but not Budhists so don't be alarmed by the towels. They have always been extremely helpful to me. I went with Jupiter courier once. You can take 1 piece of check in luggage and you have no flexibility with your schedule and you can only stay for 30 days max. You have to fly coach and have no option to upgrade the ticket and you have to head to customs in Japan and Bangkok which usually doesn't give you too much extra time to stretch and relax. Oh .... and there was a 13 hour layover in Japan but they gave you a free sleeping room. It wasn't worth saving $200 to me.

Be very very careful with these tests. I brought my TG to Pattaya Memorial Hospital last year for the full check up. They looked me right in the eye and told me she was STD free but a few months later I found out from an old friend of hers that she had been HIV+ for over a year.
