As far as I'm aware if the bike's over 2 years old you can't insure it for theft.Third party insurance is possible through,AA insurance near Big 'C',South Pattaya. Can't remember the cost but I think it's around 3000 bt for the year, pretty good insurance too.

March is 99% booked with just the odd week available for a couple of bikes.April's going quickly too now. Thanks again for the custom,we do appreciate it. -
I'm surprised no one's mentioned the Marquee Bar on Soi Buakhow near the entrance to new plaza. 50bt a bottle all the time, good music, good pool table, good girls, football at the weekend,I throughly enjoy the place and would recommend it to anyone.

Little Wonder Cafe it's called, good food there but he put the prices up a couple of months ago and there's other places that cost less that are just as good.

Contradicting yourself a little here aren't you "logan" ? logan Jan 13 2011, 01:17 AM Post #15 Advanced Poster Group: Participant Posts: 145 Joined: 26-April 10 From: UK Member No.: 23758 I agree biggles, I would not ride a bike in Pattaya when on holiday, its a quick way to ruin your stay and I would advise anyone not to either, with the baht buses you really don't need to. -------------------- I LOVE THAILAND -
I tried the breakfast at The Ritz on Soi 13/1 after talking to boss a few times,I'd heard it was good but expensive (170bt). It wasn't good it was f***ing excellent, sure it was pricey but it was delicious, there was nothing at all I could fault about it.Without a doubt the best breakfast I've had here and possibly the UK too. Couldn't go there every day otherwise I'd be a right fat bastard !

Thanks for all the nice comments here,we do try to give a good level of customer service as if you get it right first time the customer will return in most cases. We are now virtually booked up solid for February,I would recommend to anyone thinking of renting from us to book via the website as soon as you have a flight,it's rare for us to have bikes available over the phone for the next day. Again many thanks for the comments, nice to know we're getting it right. -
Little Wonder has shot himself in the foot now I think. They've put the price of a medium breakfast up to 130bt from 110bt.Sorry Pete, nothing personal, but to me it's a bad decision you've made there. Go down the road to 18 coins hotel and you can get a superb big breakfast for 130bt. Far better value and very tasty too.

I think that rain we had last week was a one off......Me and the Mrs left the Office around midnight to come home and it never stopped,Khoa Noi was like a river ! What I was trying to say was that Metro doesn't flood as badly as the other Soi's near there. Many times I've sat in Crazy Daves when it's raining and watched the dustbins sail past after a few minutes rain. -
Same as I said the planes etc were no problem but Mumbai was a joke.It was 2 years ago so maybe it's improved since then ? Certainly couldn't have got any worse !

There's some great rooms to be had in LK Metro,I've had lot's of customers staying there and there's never been any complaints about any noise,I've seen a few of the rooms on offer there and for the price they're good value, good food from lot's of places there and the added bonus is that wellies aren't needed there when it rains ! Plenty of fit girls work in that area too plus the Office gogo is coming on well too as well as Lolita's,Champagne,Devils Den etc etc etc. Great place to stay. -
I'll try my best.First of all passport control was manned by a couple of numpties who were basically morons and that was after we had to queue for ages to go through the 1 working metal detector. At the time I went through Mumbai they were doing a lot of building work and there were very few directions or TV monitors telling passengers where their gate was for the departing flight, there was no designated smoking area and a small cafe I found was the only place to have a quick cigarette before boarding. I've since read on a couple of other forums that the passport/customs morons have now star

I flew with Jet Airways from Heathrow 2 years ago,the flights themselves were good, planes were nice,no complaints at all on that side of it but Mumbai Airport was a f**king joke of a place,I honestly can't say anything good about the place at all and I don't think I've heard anyone say anything good about it since,it was a total shithole and due to that I'd never fly with Jet again unless it was dirt cheap.

Do you ride Motobike in Pattaya?
hallmark replied to gaijin's topic in General Discussion about Pattaya
We rent out motorbikes,we always ask if the customer has ridden a bike before and if the answer's no we won't rent to them.Pattaya is not a place to learn to ride a motorbike,I'm an experienced biker from the UK but over here you need eyes everywhere and I was shitting myself the first time I went out. We've only had 1 customer have an accident,an experienced biker from America was sitting at a red traffic light waiting to turn right,a Thai lady was driving a car and talking on the phone and ploughed into him.A month later he's back in the States but still unable to work and his holiday here -
Got to agree with you here,I'm in there most days and it's nearly always spot on,I've tried other places but always end up back here. I usually have the medium at 110 bt,the fried bread is easily the best I've tasted over here and they actually cook the bacon and don't just show it the frying pan like some places do.

The Raleigh Chopper ! I remember the Christmas I got mine,I rode it for miles that day and felt like a King..Certainly brings back memories.
