Thank you for coming to x zone. Our line up does change from night to night but we have been trying hard to maintain the dance line up and the show line up. Off course the show line is always a bit different due to the type of girls that tend to do these shows rather than the dance girls. On the hot nights we can loose over 80 percent of the girls on bar fines by 1am. Many come back if on ST which is good for us and them. We are changing all the sofas to new and installing an increased size show table for additional seating and small dance floor at the end of the large sofa. Iam please to say that these changes are in response to feed back from BM's. So feedback is listerned to and actioned is considered benifitial to the club and our guests. Lastly we will be starting a new falang manager once his work permit is issued more about this when all documents have been completed. This is also in response from some earlier comments. He will be a welcome addition to the X zone team. A full posting will be made once all permits are issused.

Ok gold card includes 20 percent off bar fines, Free access to VIP room and all drinks excluding happy hour drinks. FOC stands for Free of Charge in relation to the number of drinks no fixed amount depends on the customer and floor manager. i hope this clears for you

Your earlier posts have stated that you 130 Baht for a bottle of SML is too much for a bar like X-Zone which is why I haven't returne AS you have not been Xzone lately how can comment about our line up. Try being honest and balanced. If you do not like me ok but comments about my business and girls should be actual as many have posted.

in fact Jacko what you suggested is what we are planning to do. Is to have BM apply by PM and then we will have their cards at cashier desk. To ensure the right person get the card we will respond to your PM with and ID number which you need to collect your card. Nearly ready

Jacko you have raised good points and I will answer all. Our Draft beer has changed to Tiger seems to be better accepted. The two for one on draft beer has stopped and we now offer draft beer at 39 baht per glass during happy hour. The cheapest in a walking street gogo that I know off. Happy hour is from 8:30 to 10:30 Two for one is still available on selected drinks bottled Heineken being one, vokda, gin, thai wiskey and some others . All are detailed on the posters inside x zone and in bar menu. We offer two discount cards white and gold White card is free and offers 10 percent of all drinks EXCLUDING Happy hour drinks Gold card cost 1000 per year and offers 20 percent of all drinks EXCLUDING Happy hour drinks plus bar fines and free access to VIP room Individual bills over 5000 baht ( we have many can receive a free xzone shirt) also they receive a number of drinks from the house FOC BM extended happy has stopped due to issues already discussed. ( I am developing a new BM card that can be applied for and this will provide the same BM benefits as before) I expect to have cleared the issues and obtained the cards soon. I think this clearly demonstrates that the promotions are well thought out,may need some fine tuning and that is why I welcome the sort of feed back you have provided me . This ensures we keep our focus on ensuring our customers expats tourists alike. I am well aware of the requirements of expats so we are always trying to find ways to encourage these clients to drink at our club.

Rodney as you have now taken the time to provide your comments I can address them for you. The 2 for 1 offer needed to be fine tuned as you should know running a gogo for some time not all drinks can be done at that offer. Some wanted drinks that we could not afford to do. In my defense I tried to please too many ( mistake) Secondly the BM promotion was stopped due some BM abusing the offer and my staff . Sure should have been expected but we did offer this until some BM's fucked it up. I will not have my staff abused because they were doing their jobs. It is hard enough to get good service staff, without losing then because they are abused all night because of an offer I made. I am in the process of designing a new BM card that can be used to obtain the same offer, but still under development. In regards to my approach to running my businesses, I am not saying your approach is wrong nor is mind the proof is in the current success and build up of business if my approach is wrong then we would not be as successful as we are today. As you have not taken the opportunity to come and meet me (which by the way I am at xzone nearly every Friday and Sat night) you could pasted on your views and experiences for which I would have truly welcomed from another fellow Aussie. If as you say you were taking an interest in my business then I would expect a balanced approach, at least coming to see if what you read is true or not then nail me if not true but to past comments about myself and my honesty without even talking to me or seeing for yourself in my view desired the response I gave you. I am not sure how gimmble can comment that I personally dont have much faith in any of your offers anymore, you seem to change them, adjust them, discontinue them on several occasions when he states he has never been to xzone . Personally, the replies I have recieved from Nev just never convinced me si I made the choice not to visit his establishment. I would like to know what I have done to offend him. I will be at x zone this Saturday night and offer him an invitation to come to x zone and test our promotions and I will more than happy to pay his bill and any bar fine and VIP room if he wants if, what I promote we do not offer . I do not think I can be any fairer than that. Up to Gimmble to accept the invitation ??????

Sorry you feel that way but your comments are incorrect our offers are as always stated. Suggest you read Teeluks lastest comments about the promotions. My business is going well if you really were a customer then you would know x zone is good as is my resort . I cannot please all only those that really want to have fun and enjoy themselves.

Jacko, thanks for your feedback we still have the two for one on Hiekien bottle beer so you can get this if you like this beer.Or why not use the free 10 percent discount card, or if you think you will get your money back buy the gold card and get 20 percent.
