Thanks X zone have VIP cards. So I will look at using these for forum memebers but I will advise on this site if we decide to use these or something else. I know people will be pissed off if I promise something and they turn up and not get it. I need to ensure forum mmebers get the promotion.

Yes this is correct . If you have any problems let me know and I will ensure it does not occur again. I am not expecting you to have any but this is thailand and the while I have communicated this , my staff do not always get it right. I will not comment anymore about xzone drinks prices as you rightly say it does not matter what I say in the forum about if I increased prices or not but what are the prices now. Well I have reduced prices of beer from the previous owner, beers now range from 120 baht to 135 baht excluding Corona. Draft beer when we can get it will still be 59 baht. I take on board your comments about forum comments about myself, I will say that some posts appeared to have been motivated for reason best known to the member, lets leave it at that. Starting any new business has issues and when you take the action I needed to do to ensure X zone stayed open these were more than one could have thought about. My challenge now is ensuring those that liked x zone return and those who do not know about x zone know about us. Iam not sure what you are asking, If you are suggesting that I am posting reviews on the sites myself well as other said I posted two reviews on day one Not smart but have learnt my lesson i have not done since then SORRY. All I post now and have done so for the past three weeks that we have been open is answers to questions and feedback about comments. I also have been trying to post answer to questions other forums want to know about pattaya hotels and ect. Fair comment, your comments are correct, I will add gogos do not operate for free, my comments were out of frustration with the bullshit about Xzone drinks prices increasing after sale. I have agree cold beers at reasonable prices, hot girls and no problems from bills is what most want. I will be reviewing prices of beers but at the moment any beers for sale is a bonus as Thailand is running out of beer due to floods. Your point taken.

I know that my resort also is having problems get drinks.We need to go to many different suppliers even soft drink is getting hard to get. I am not in Pattaya but I hear many bars are suffering the same.

I think this is a big ass kiss for expats. you are getting 59baht beer 75 baht imported whiskey ( buy one get one free) at about 75 baht a glass. This is a good deal in any language.

Fair point but we do have two sides that you sit in x zone . The idea is not for all but does allow the girls to get better LD and tips. If the girls are happy then you will be too. Too date I must admit no one has taken up the challenge. Most customers just watch or play with girls from the seats outside.

Iam not sure why the message is not getting across, If you are a Forum MEMBER and tell my staff prior to ordering the happy hour conditions continue all night for you. I would have thought that should have pleased the Expat community or forum members. I cannot advertise this inside the go go but if you are a forum member you just need to tell them it is that easy. Just a quick note I just finishing talking to my manager who tells me that we cannot get any Leo draft beer due to the floods. This is the case for all of Thailand very sad. We get one keg at a time of another brand as stocks are limited, so I have ordered this but more expensive but I will not be increasing price. I have told my staff for tonight or until I can get draft beeer to sell leo bottles which we still have at 59 baht per bottle. I hope this makes some happy. Also correction in my earlier post I have not increased prices since sale.

Hi not aware of any issues, I did see a post about hand writtern bills . We do not use these unless our system is down which has only happened once for about one hour. As a result of your comment I will get a proffessional sign made and put inside so that my customers know as well not just forum memebers. My staff know what will happen if they try to cheat customers the action is down the stairs with them no second chances.

Thank you for your update. I will provide you the correct information about drinks. Our non import beers range between 120 at 130 baht and imported beers 140 to 150 this from my reviews of walking street gogos is inline and in some places lower and of course higher than some. The range depends on what go go we are reviewing. (prices have increased after sale of Xzone) The promotion of half price beers( or for those who want clarity) buy one get one free is still active . As discussed not limited to draft beer as many customers found last night. Gin wiskey ect . They bought one and got the second free. In regards to your assessment of performance todate while I do consider comments in this forums I also review as others do other forums which provide additional feedback. Overall the feedback from all forums has been positive, yes still more to do but in saying that I can assess myself by the number of customers that visit and stay for more than one drink and those that are returning. These are increasing to more than before the sale as is the sales todate. So I must be doing something right. Starting any business is not easy but with we are improving and ALL feed back is that that Xzone looks alot better clean and everythinig works now. Our line up is improving but you cannot please all requirements that is why as you know Pattaya has many gogo with different line ups. Xzone is here to stay and will continue to offer what it always did in the past plus more if we can. We do not push LD drinks on you any more but rather let you and our girls decide not the MS. Bills are always on printed bills unless the system is down which has happend only once so customer should NEVER accept hand writtern bills.

I will state for the record in this forum I did not slander any mama sung so you need to get your facts correct . I said these are the facts, unlike what has been writern about myself and my staff. Please update Rimco he is very aware of the "I Love Mana sung " movement . I will state for the record that she was told to leave by myself with full support from Rimco for reasons that you can find in many posts in many forums. The use of forums to promote businesses as a well informed member has pointed out in this forum is common practice, what is not common practice is for members to use the forum to publish lies on behalf of others. I refer to the comments on the drink prices, the facts are that indeed no price change to customer drinks has taken place, sorry stand corrected I reduced the draft beer price. I made it very clear when I posted the thread on this forum that I was the owner so I am not sure what your point is. If you refer to other forums then suggest you read your comments and those of others not just me about the habits of the previous mamasung. It is well commuicated in this forum and others. No one slagged of the mamasung only the facts were reported as a warning to others. (it is reported that she is now at her forth bar in three weeks )Your comments seem a little one sided as the full picture has never been printed. In fact self marketing is one of the best methods of obtaining market share as well as doing business. Another member seems to understand this well. In regards to the comments about a member being cheap , I do not move from this comment I note many in this forum have confirm high season prices for LD have increased some to beyond 180 baht. I have and do except constructive ideas about how I can improve things and have done many of these already but I will not just sit about while comments are made that in fact are nothing more than lies for reasons only known this person. If you think drink price have increased check the prices and I will give you any drink that was cheaper before I took over the go go free all night. Actually I will also give you a free bar fine. Beer prices have have not increased since I took over. My money is safe as no drinks have increased. Infact after the comments about LD prices in this forum I have reduced to 125 baht they were 130 and mama sung 150 before. My PR skills are fine as I operated other customer focused business successfuly. If you have some constuctive idea I am happy to hear them but lets keep to the facts. As it seems you like facts Fact my customer base in past two weeks has been increasing every night with many great reviews from those who have actually come to x zone to have fun. If I am not mistaken you have not been to x zone since it re-opened. If not then your comments must only be from others, If you are as you say then check out xzone when you return if I have not done all that I have said in this forum then I will pay your drink bill at x zone.

Your view but if you really did drink at X zone THE BIG SPENDER then you would know the prices have not increased. I suggest your comments maybe motivated not as you state in this forum. MAny customers loved the place and we have done. I have never seen the shows x zone has in ALL of the other go go as you state. Actual it is my gain if people like you do not want to come to x zone. You can get cheap drinks and girls from the coconut bar. Sounds more your style.

thanks for the feedback , I must say I have not checked all of our prices as these have not changed since I bought the place so not really loooked at these. The only change has been lady drinks. HArd to say if these can be reduced as overheads are very high, but then I must sell so need to find the balance between the two cost and sell. I will review for you.

Thanks for your feedback, The prices are inline with what many ae charging in the same area with many charging more. Lastely the party was a big success with many customers enjoying what we have to offer. Lady drinks at 140 is not expensive if you think it is then never come to KL as you will pay 250 baht per drink. It seems I will never please all but then I did not expect too. Those that think prices are high should read the the sign on the wall accross the way from Xzone to see what key money costs plus rent then staff. Having girls for your entertaiment is not free. Lastly it sounds like it would not have mattered what I did, you would have complained, suggest you check out windmill you can find what you want there.
