Bazle I have already dealt with the draft beer issue and we have three kegs coming via a taxi as I could not get any delivered from the supplier until tomorrow so I got my resort to arrange as they could give three kegs for me. So I hope from now on we will have draft beer every night as promoted. I have been yaking at the manager all day as I said I am not always in Pattaya so I need to rely on her not an excuse just fact. She tried to get but when could not get jai yen yen maybe tomorrow . Fuck me I said do your job and get me beer. So we have from my resort today and tomorrow the supplier has said Leo is now delivering so can have everyday. I agree much work has gone into xzone to improve it. I am always hitting my head against a brick wall to get the service staff to understand customer service. For f---king 14 baht which is what the discount was worth I now have to spend much time fixing my staff's f--k up. I have yak yak my manager this morning and told her sack the cashier if she cannot do what she is told. I will not give up to continue to meet the expectations of my customers . I will have issues but I hope that people understand that we are trying to fix things but we will make mistakes but will improve after each one. Thanks for the comments I always try to action these. If you give me more details I will check with my staff what occurred , your post does not provide any details that I can act on. I am very annoyed that you were treated like this and have woken my manager up already this morning after only four sleep and yak yak her. I hope you will accept a free gold card from myself as an apology for my staff poor treatment. I have already instructed my manager (puy) to arrange for you. You just need to bring your free silver card back and they will issue you a gold card which normally costs 1000 baht free of charge. As I said the cards will be ready this week so you can see them at the club. We will offer two cards one a free card that gives you 10 percent of drinks all night this includes HH. so your 59 baht draft beer buy one and get the next free is now about 53 baht or about 28 baht per glass The next card is a gold card which is valid for one year but costs 1000 baht but gives you 20 percent of all including bar fines SORRY cannot include LD or your tip for lady. Should be available on the 16th of DEC. The conditions are easy just get a card and show when you order your drinks. cannot use the card for others as they can get their own card from us free if they want just the silver card. NO other conditions

Yes you are correct I have ordered the VIP cards which I hope will be ready by the end of the week. I will let all know when we have. Yes your comment is a good one about the signage for HH will fix this so is more clear. You can have HH all night just tell teh service girl if any problems just ask to speak to captain service and she will clear for you.

As you state correctly this forum has pubished both positive and negative comments about x zone but in the whole mostly positive, which is great news for myself and x zone. Thank you I did name Pattaya Addicts as the offending forum and have tried to get them to respond in the same positive manner that you have but with no success. (WHY) i do not know I only wish to make sure that all members know that x zone is open and attaching many customers. I read on Pattaya Addicts that xzone is closed and have a number of former customers contact the girls asking if still open. It is hard enough to make a profit but to have comments which are not based on fact is annoying. Thanks for pubishing my post I hope the message now gets accross.

I want to advise that XZnoe is not closed in fact is going very strong. On Pattaya Additicts you will read comments from some members that xzone is closed . This site continues to publish these posts even after I have writen confirming X zone is open. The reason this sites continues to publish these is beyond me, as they are well aware that we are open. We have a new line up the same old hands on interaction and nightly shows. Many of the old girls still work at Xzone. Looking forward to seeing you all soon. Indeed what you tip the girls is your decision, but my suggestion is if you are doing any one one on one activitiy with them agree on a tip before hand solves any problems . Then if she thinks it is not enough she will tell you before hand so to avoid any issues. Off cousre any issues with the girls you can always tell the mama sung or let me know and I will deal with them, after all you pay they salaries by coming to Xzone and buying drinks.

As already stated your experence occured before my ownership. Your experence is one of reasons this mama sung was fired by myself plus others. I do not accept this type of action in my gogo and you will be treated as a valued guest even if you are not a big drinker (not sure if you are or not as it does not matter) as word of mouth is very important to my business. I ask you that you visit us again and check out the changes.

As most who have recently visited xzone will know that all of what has been complained about has been address. I will clear some of what has been asked. Forum members until I introduce the VIP card have the following offer. During our Happy Hour the buy one get one free applies ( we have no draft beer so this promotion is paused until supplies returns). So up to 10:30pm no advantage for forum members , after 10:30 pm when happy hour ceases forum members happy hour continues until close. Only for forum members. if you are drinking Gin then you effectively only pay 65 baht per glass but yes your bill will show 130 baht which is our standard price but you get a second glass free. So if you only want one glass then no advantage to you. Lady drinks and beers prices reduced. Bar fines reduced for ALL girls after 2 am to 400 baht. We now have on book about 45 girls of which we have between 30 and 40 most nights but can vary .
