Patrice is a rental agent at with an office near VCC Condos. His units are prorated daily so you don't have to negotiate. He's an easy guy to seal with and has units at VCC, MyView, Yensabai, and a few other places. Around 12K per month. My pet peeve is places that won't give the monthly rate if staying for 5 weeks and instead charge the monthly rate for one month and then it reverts to a daily rate.

Anyone have links to other rental agents who handle VT6 units?
