  1. Well, the condo is now near fully booked from present time through the end of February 2011. There's presently still some availability from October 21 to October 31. November 28 to December 3. Then availability January 9 to January 30th. Here is a YouTube video that was made a few months before I purchased the condo. Thank you for your interest.
  2. Thank you for your input. The condo must be seen first hand to fully appreciate. The granite counter-tops throughout are of a very high standard and the stone has beautiful coloring. The wood work is floor to ceiling, no dust catcher cabinets here. The light floor tile is a lovely semi-polished ceramic. The charcoal bathroom tiles are non-slip. The coastline view is spectacular, as anyone living there knows this building was constructed controversially close the the water. Three air-conditioners each with remote control. The leather couch now has one more section added, making it longer than featured in the photos. There is nothing cheap about the place, this was a 2.5+ Million baht build-out.
  3. I thought your comments were a bit over-the-top papillon. This is the market board, so why attack my ad? There is a DVD player in both the living room and the master bedroom. I happen to like my kitchen layout very much. The unit primarily rents to Norwegian families with children. The second bedroom has a small wardrobe, no TV. View Talay 7 is directly on the baht bus route. For those choosing a baht bus as transportation it is only 5 to 7 minutes to Walking Street for just 10 baht.
  4. For those of you commenting on the floor plan, below is the "bare shell" design you get when you buy a View Talay 7 front corner unit. In my unit the original doorway to the 48 sqm unit has been completely removed, the master bathroom built to full width of the 48 sqm. There is simply not room to build two equal bedrooms. So rather than have two shitty bedrooms, you make a nice master and do the best you can on the second. Bringing the wall that divides the two rooms more forward does not work out. There are some permanent load bearing pillars to contend with, and the balcony access and view must be maintained. This will actually be my bachelor pad when I retire in a few years. At that time I expect I'll likely convert the second bedroom into more of an office/computer area. The near fish-eye type camera lens that the photo of the second bedroom was taken makes the room appear more narrow than it actually is. Certainly, the room is not large, but it is not a closet. Thank you all for looking. Cheers
