    I'm not an agent, but I am very experienced in the condo market here. It is very rare for a foreigner to get a loan from a Thai banks, the very basic requirements would be having a job and a work permit for a few years already. That said, there are some foreign banks that will issue a loan to you on Thai properties. I don't have much experience with this, and this is uncommon -- but it is available.

    I appreciate your comment. The View Talay Condos come as empty shell studios, and so each one is decorated differently. A wall and a door can be put in to create a separate bedroom, surely not more than about 20,000B total.

    I can say that this condo is a very good investment, to own as a rental property. I can continue to rent it out the way I currently do for the new owner, if they like. I'm not going anywhere, and I stay here. The new owner can block out dates they wish for their own stays, and get a rental return on the other dates. I am very good at filling up the condos.
