    Well I see it this way, if the ratio is less than 50% then it's better than the success rate of marriages in the USA. And if its worse than the cost is much cheaper than the 1/2 the guy looses to the ex. So let nature take its course and as with anything else let the buyer beware.

    I have been renting from Eric for a year, he is an excellent landloard and I never had a problem. I just finished up my lease and am moving to a bigger place in the same building. Eric has always been responsive and quick to help out even with things not associated with his property.

    Yeah sound like bullshit to me..... does not mean it isnt true. but it's not a real good idea to judge anothers culture by your morals.... Unless it's the damned ragheads...... nothing wrong with judging them as long as they are found guilty and sentenced to death. IMHO that is.......

    Hi All, I am new to the group and heading to Pattaya for the 1st time on Jul 28 and staying for 6 nights. I have heard that the Penthouse Hotel was the place to stay while there and after checking the other reviews I am not so sure, they are a little old (last Year) does anyone have any current info on the hotel ? Or since I'm the FNG any suggestions? Thanks for the help. Bill
