How do you pronounce PATTAYA? is it Pat- tay - a or Putt - e-a I hear so many different versions? which do you think it is?

We've stayed at the York a couple of times.. flying there on Saturday.. its on Scott's road .. very close to Orchard road.. the rooms are ok, the pool doesnt get a lot of the sun because of the high rises, but the far east plaza next door has a good food hall. There are no safes in the room, use the hotels safety deposit boxes but its ok..

SHUGGY... my husband is an XXXL. because he's 6'4 and 113 kgs.. last year we got xxxl and they were plenty big enough.. but try each of the t shirts on.. because the size does vary.. we ended up getting the best deal at Mike's mall, closer to Walking st..

Hi bart.. this is our third trip to Pattaya and we come from Australia.. you'd think we would be used to the heat but its different.. drinks as much water as you drink alcohol and you'll be fine..

I thought you ocould tell by the size of the adam's apple.. all the ladyboys we met you could easily tell.. but then my husband wasnt looking for that!!

does anyone know what I can bring in Duty free from Singapore? I dont want to have any hassles at Customs.

I use a ventolin inhaler and always take 2 with me.. one in my hand luggage & 1 in my case.. do you know if ventolin is available? I find the humidity can be a problme sometimes.

we bought 4 shirts and a suit for my husband last May when we in pattaya.. from a tailor on Walking street.. same side as the lobster pot he was Indian I think, he wore a turban.. the price was a little dearer than he quoted but my husband is 6'4" we ordered after dinner one night and went back 2 nights later.. no problems. we will order more this May when wse arrive. does anyone know a good ladies tailor?

there are 8 of us coming over in May.. I suppose thats too many for 1 trip?

This year was our first trip to Pattaya.. I wish I had known about this forum before.. We will be back next year and I will certainly be registering with the hospital when I get there. Thanks guys.
