The reason i am asking is my girlfriend lends money out (mine)the profits from this help support her, but last year and this she says she has many customers that want to borrow money to repay the government, she lends it out, they then repay her shortly after when the government has relent the money to them. i presumed that the interest was 1% per annum but now think more likely its 1% a month I was looking for more detail on how it works By the way last year i gave her 100,000 for this purpose and instead of giving it me back she bought a piece of land!!!!!

This sounds similar but the loans i am thinking about were available last year Cheap loans !!!!!!!!! 1or2% a month!!!!!!

anyone know anything about the Thai government lending money to issan people, that as long as they pay it back each year they can loan it again i think the interest is just 1% or am i being spun a story.It was in fact also mentioned last year

Vidman i think you were probably like me upgraded to business class, seperate seating section with lie flat bed and superb seperate bar, yes i thought it was first class to. I for the first time would consider paying to upgrade skywards 32000 miles fantastic aircraft

played golf with mod twice while in Pattaya both times she was only 10 british minutes late (1 uk minute is equal to 5 thai ones) had really enjoyable time played phoenix and burhapa ? she plays very well and is good company i chose to pay her green fees etc but am sure that is not obligatory will look forward to playing with her again.

am in Bangkok from the 12th april till about the 19th will go freshwater fishing whilst there have been many times before anyone interested in going? probably the best lake in the world. would. also love to play golf but have no idea where or with who, any partners or advice, will stay in Bankok till songkran over then will go to Pattaya would like to play golf there also in pattaya for approx 10 days

Hilly the lake i fish holds 130 world records including a 400lbs plus airapama and a 264lb carp a little better than village class i think. but thanks for your advice

Am in Bangkok from the 12th of april untill the lunacy of songkran is over, then will go to Pattaya. i will go fishing a couple of times in Bangkok done it lots of times before probably the worlds best freshwater fishing would gladly take anyone thats interested. would also like to play golf am aspiring to get a handicap (28) sometime soon,but do not know where to go, and have no one to play with, anyone around or any suggestions?
