2 Bedroom Unit in Hotel Required

Recommended Posts

Hi ya guys,

I am going back to Pattaya in January 2005 with my missus and family. We are going for only two weeks so do not want an apartment. I need to book soon as this in the high season.

I am looking for a hotel that has either two bedroom units or interconnecting rooms.

Location - Anywhere between Soi 2 and South Pattaya Rd peferably inside that loop as I dont want to have to constantly cross 2nd Rd.

Services - Must have a pool.

Cost - If possible a total cost per night under 2000B.

When travelling with my family in the past we have stayed at the Montien and the Twin Palms but as usual with me I am looking for a different hotel to try.

I am thinking about the AA Residence in Soi 13 as it meets this criteria.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Please keep your responses to the questions asked above. Any other matters please PM me or post in the members section. I know some of you blokes love to put a different slant on my posts.

Cheers

I have just come back from Pattaya. I usually travel alone, but this time I was with my wife.

Quality of Buildings in Pattaya is very poor, the insulation of the sound from another room or corridor is very low.

Pattaya is a place to have party till late night or through the night. This time I stayed at Mike Orchid Resort on soi 4, Cond in Markland Hotel and Sun Shine Vista. Though it is low season now, but we were suffered from noise from neighbor room at mid night or at early morning. You had better to avoid hotels which are used by single man travelers whoes time sensation is very differrent from yours.

I stayed at suit room in Nova Lodge. It was 2000 Bht per night, but it was nearly ten years before. The room was little run down but a spacious living room connected to a bed room and also an spacious verandah. But there was only one big bed. Residents here are not young, so they don't make big noise.

The Inn House in Soi 13 has (at least some) interconnecting rooms. There are lots of comments about it versus the Sandy Springs in this section, giving prices etc.

Hi guys,

For what it is worth, I have booked a suite at the Sandy Springs for January 2005. They are going to put an extra big bed in the living room side of the suite.

I have always enjoyed the Sandy Springs so why not stick to it!!

Cheers

Great Bazzap and you can also get a good feed at the Sportsmans Bar next door. It's also family friendly with a good cheap laundry right behind it.

Bigmike.
