e-mail notification

Would appreciate instructions on how to turn off the automatic notification by e-mail of new topics and posts on this forum. I love the forum and check it regularly but when I am away for a few days my e-mail is overloaded with messages about new posts. I have tried a few times to cancel the notification but I am obviously not hitting the right buttons. Thanks in advance

Click on My Controls

Click on Subscriptions - View Forums

Click on Delete all subscriptions

 

Do the same for Subscriptions - View Topics

Thanks...It is now done. I was worried before that if I cancelled all subscriptions I would be cancelling the forum...which I do not wish to do as it is very informative and helpfull.
